- Overall: It's not like its preview, it's better. It's an interesting angle and a new viewpoint well worth taking the time to appreciate, plus you get some good real main female roles.
- Who is it for? Those looking for introspection or anyone looking for some financial drama.
- Synopsis & information: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt3958780/
- Known actress: Alysia Reiner.
- Style: A financial intrigue with some drama and suspense.
- Pacing: Slow.
- Story: What does it take to make it in this world? What does it mean to be a woman in finance? This movie doesn't really answer those questions, but it does show what it means for some. It's a dramatic slice of their lives.
- Ending: What ending? It's too much like real life, it's inconclusive. I got out of there with an incredible sense of frustration for those women. I was in their skin, screaming to get out. I like an ending that doesn't go the usual route, but this is a bit frustrating. It feels like we need to wait for next week to know what happens after the last word.
- Dialogs: Solid and very realistic.
- Characters: Well defined and with nice depth, except for the men.
- Acting: Great.
I've decided to simply go for a score without any review. Maybe I'll start again doing full reviews someday.
