- Overall: It's very funny, but it still continues to put the same pressure on mothers to do it all.

- Setting: Suburban higher-income families.
- Story: Lots of goofy and funny stuff. Easily enjoyable.
- Ending: Bad, bad, bad. Ruins the whole thing. Everything turns out perfect, every little thing fixing itself miraculously.
- Dialogs: Funny. However, the kids' parts were unrealistic. Most of it wouldn't have been uttered by any real children. More over, throwing in that speech and making her mom feel selfish just wasn't right and is a very bad idea to promote.
- Characters: Goofy and interesting.
- Acting: Good. Kathryn Hahn was equal to herself, Kristen Bell was very believable showing a new side to herself, but Mila Kunis could have done much better. I blame the script and the directorial notes because she's a great actress and just wasn't believable here.
- Music: Party set.
