- Story: There are a few surprises, but mostly, it's a tween fantasy romance flick. Nothing breaks the mold, even the end which almost did.
- Characters: Shallow, if sexy at times.
- Dialogs: Mildly interesting.
- Scenario: Uninventive, save a few exceptions.
- Actors: Acceptable.

- Special effects: Except for the storm at the end, which was great, the rest just barely makes the grade.
